As a metal, copper will naturally tarnish as time passes by because it reacts with oxygen in the air, and then patina appears. To clean, rub mix of vinegar+ salt or lemon juice+ baking soda by rubbing the solution over the item, letting it sit for a couple minutes, and then wash it away.
